It’s kind of like a first date but without the nerves. We get to know you, your brand and where you want to go. From there, we send you a custom proposal.
You sit down with one of our team members (over Zoom) and we give you the lay of the land. We walk you through our simple platform so you can start submitting requests pronto.
As soon as you submit your first request, you get to kick back and sip a beer (if that’s your thing). While you relax, we start crafting. Your designs will be in your hands in no-time.
Think of it as a casual coffee chat. We'll take the time to learn about you, your brand, and your future goals, all without any pressure.
It depends (and no, we aren’t talking about adult Huggies). We offer two pricing options that can fit just about any budget: hourly by project (more expensive) and hourly by retainer (less expensive). The choice is entirely up to you and your needs.
Do you want to break the bank? The salary for a full-time senior-level designer now easily exceeds $100,000 (and this doesn’t include benefits). Worst yet, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy. So, you’re essentially paying them to twiddle their thumbs. With a Good Friends’ retainer, you can select the amount of hours you actually need. Oh, and did we mention you don’t have to pay us for PTO?
Barring any natural disasters or foreign invasions, we turn around most design requests in 3-5 days. However, complex design requests––like entire websites––can take longer.
Our team is comprised of two dozen of the best designers on either side of the Mississippi.
You simply open a new task on our platform, create a quick brief, add any attachments you might have, and then hit “submit”.
We use anything and everything: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, Figma, Webflow, you name it.
Revisions are included in your design retainer. If you aren’t completely in love with your design, we will keep polishing away until you feel comfortable taking them home to your mother.
Seamlessly. You sign-up. We get you onboarded in a jiffy. You start submitting design requests. We get to work. See? Seamless.
Good Friends pick up the tab. If you aren’t absolutely thrilled with your designs, we’ll happily refund you your money, no questions asked.
